Rebar Performance schedule

CLASSES

CrossFit

This membership is led by a level 2 or up CrossFit coach. Every movement from the warm up, workout, and cool down is planned ahead and laid out for any and all skill levels. Classes are one hour long.

Personal Training

This membership option gives you one on one attention from certified personal trainers. The programming is based solely around your goals and current workout capacity. Classes are 45 minutes to an hour.

Semi Private Personal Training

This membership option has private groups that are limited to 4 attendees. These athletes have custom programs based off of their individual goals, just performed in a small group setting with a certified personal trainer.

CrossFit Teens

This membership option is for ages between 12-17 years old and meets 4 times a week. Class is led by a level 2 CrossFit instructor and focuses on technique first.

Rebar Mamas

This membership option is specifically designed to target pre and postpartum women. It is a strength class designed to heal the body from within and led by our women’s expert Coach Ashley.
